What frac is

frac is a workspace for fractional executives. It brings your client work (tasks, hours, contracts, calls and calendar events) into one place so you can run your practice without chasing details across tools.

What data frac accesses

Only what you explicitly connect. If you connect Google Calendar (read-only) or a private calendar link, frac reads your events to find client and prospect meetings; it never creates, changes or deletes them. If you connect Fireflies or forward call recaps from another notetaker, frac reads those recaps and transcripts. Where Gmail or Slack connections are available to you, frac reads only the mail or channels you approve. Nothing is accessed without you connecting it first, and you can disconnect any integration at any time.

How your data is used

Your data is used to run the product for you: building your client timelines, suggesting tasks, preparing call briefs and summarizing your week. frac never sends anything to your clients on your behalf. Your data is never sold, never shared with other users, and never used to advertise to you. Each account's data is isolated: no other frac user can see it.

AI features

frac uses AI to summarize conversations and suggest tasks from the sources you connect. These suggestions always go through your review before anything is added to your task list.

Your controls

You can export all of your data as a CSV at any time from the app. You can disconnect any integration, which stops further syncing immediately. You can request full deletion of your account and data by emailing zach@zp-dtc.com. Deletion is completed within 30 days.

Data storage and security

Data is stored encrypted at rest and in transit. Connection credentials for your integrations are stored encrypted and are never visible in the app or to anyone else. Access to every account's data is enforced at the database level.
